POLICY: Rental rates only reflect four wall rentals and floor space. All other associated in-house or outside equipment rental or services or additional set-ups and dismantle will be invoiced separately. (Tables, Chairs, Audio Visual, Etc.)
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Deposit is 45% of room rental rates.
Insurance coverage required per contract for all events should stipulate that the Vidalia Conference and Convention Center, City of Vidalia, LA., their officers, directors agents and employees be named as additional insured.
All policies and procedures concerning the Vidalia Conference and Convention Center shall be determined by the Director at his sole discretion.
NOTE: Ceiling height in all conference rooms is 15'.
